Group Travel Tip-Communicate, Communicate
by Gary Goerk on 12/13/16
It is important for good member relations and the group leader’s sanity that all the details regarding pricing, deadlines, logistics, excursions, etc., be communicated clearly to all members of the group. This can be done by phone, but the safest way to avoid miscommunication and misinterpretation is do communicate through e-mail. Other ways to communicate include a flyer, newsletter, and group meetings. If the group is larger, a web site or dedicated web site page are excellent ways to communicate vacation details and even feature photos and stories about the vacation once home. A travel agent such as Dancing Dolphin Travel can set up a dedicated web site or web page for you.
